I was kind of expecting some extra shipping charge to pop up at checkout, but nope, it was shown clearly from the start. Maybe I’m just used to getting surprised by fees, but this was straightforward.

I sent my order back weeks ago now, and I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund to show up. I didn’t expect it to take this long, especially after the return was already on its way back. I reached out to support, but the only real answer I’ve gotten is basically to just be patient, which isn’t very helpful when you’ve already been waiting for quite a while. The whole process feels unnecessarily slow and frustrating, and at this point I don’t think I’d order from here again.

The box showed up a bit banged up. Nothing too surprising since packages get tossed around in shipping, but a little sturdier packaging would’ve made more sense.

I ordered from eXXpozed mostly because the price just felt like the best deal compared to the other sites I’d been checking. Everything showed up fine and shipping was smooth, so my gut was right on this one. I’d definitely buy from them again if their prices stay this good

To be fair, it ended up being much easier than I thought. They replied to my emails, asked for the info they needed, and kept me updated along the way. I still don’t love having to deal with warranty stuff, because it’s always a bit of a pain, always takes time, and always feels like one more thing to sort out, but they handled it well.

The claim got sorted without too much trouble. It did take a little while, which was a bit annoying, and waiting is always annoying, but it wasn’t anything crazy. Overall, I’m happy with how they dealt with it and it was a lot less frustrating than I expected.

I can’t say if this happens often, but in my case the stock info clearly didn’t line up, which was frustrating since I probably could’ve bought it somewhere else in the meantime. Not the best experience for me...

Had to send it back. Was expecting a hassle, honestly. But it was easy. A few steps, printed the label, dropped it off. Not too hard at all.

Trying to shop on this site was such a hassle. The pages took forever to load, the filters didn’t make much sense, and the checkout page kept jumping around while I was trying to finish my order. I tried twice and just gave up. Like, why does it have to be so complicated? Definitely not a great shopping experience...

I don’t remember every little detail of the order, but I do remember it showed up when they said it would and nothing went wrong. That’s good enough for me.
