"Avoid! Unresponsive customer support. No returns allowed"
Bought a Rab jacket from this company to be delivered a small instead of medium. It was not clear on there website but it should be a small issue to rectify, to return. Although stated they will provide a return label they did not reply to any communication for 2 months since purchase arrived. And this is after multiple calls, emails,online webforms. I consider this rougue behaviour.
I am left with a unusable jacket which in total cost higher than elsewhere. Be aware! Unlike some other EU based companies you will be charged VAT, customs and handling charge for goods on arrival almost doubling the purchase cost

"It has been almost two months and I have not received my order or a refund."
I placed an order on May 24,2021 for an expensive pair of snowboard goggles. I never received my order so I contacted Exxpozed.com about three weeks ago through email and explained that I had not received my order. I didn't receive a response after waiting the 72 hours as requested from an automated email response. I then sent another email and I received a response about 4-5 days after my initial inquiry about my order. A representative from Exxpozed.com stated a DHL investigation would be conducted and I was asked to wait for an update. I received no updates in a week so I sent another email asking about what kind of timeline I should expect. I waited five days for a response but I had no emails from Exxpozed.com so I again sent another email asking about a timeline for the investigation and I also informed Exxpozed.com that I had contacted the US postal service and they informed me that the package was lost. A representative finally responded to this email the next day (6 days after I initially asked about a timeline) and said they submitted a follow up request with DHL but they didn't answer my question about the timeline and they didn't respond about my package being lost and me asking for a refund if the package could not be found. Presently, it has been three weeks since I first contacted Exppozed.com and I still don't have any idea when I will get my money back. My advice to you is to avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and having no idea what is going on with your order or a refund.
